The 2026 Shenzhen International UAV Exhibition was held from May 21 to 23. The core exhibited products cover three energy density grades: the 400Wh/kg battery with leading sales volume, the stably mass-produced 430Wh/kg battery, and the 450Wh/kg battery that has finished sample development and is about to enter mass production.

I. 400Wh/kg: Industry-leading Sales & Fully Verified Market Performance

The 400Wh/kg battery is TOP-Tech’s flagship product. Since mass production started in 2024, it has been widely applied to UAVs, eVTOLs, high-speed electric motorcycles and other fields. Its shipment volume has maintained a top ranking among similar products for a long time, with a customer repurchase rate of over 90%.

After nearly two years of market validation, the 400Wh/kg batteries have been deployed on thousands of aircraft from dozens of customers. Total flight hours have exceeded millions, fully verifying their safety and stability. Benefiting from outstanding performance and reliable delivery, TOP-Tech’s 400Wh/kg batteries hold a clear leading position in China’s high-energy-density power battery market. 

During the exhibition, many long-term clients visited TOP-Tech’s booth. They discussed follow-up orders for the 400Wh/kg batteries and cooperation on next-generation products.

II. 430Wh/kg: Stably Mass-Produced for Bulk Delivery

The 430Wh/kg battery is upgraded from the 400Wh/kg model and serves as one of TOP-Tech’s core mass-production products.

It has passed long-term testing by multiple UAV manufacturers, accumulating over 1,000 flight hours on various aircraft, with all performance data obtained from real flight scenarios.

Compared with mainstream 240–320Wh/kg UAV batteries in the market, the 430Wh/kg product improves flight endurance by over 30% under the same weight. During the exhibition, overseas customers from India, the US, South Korea, Japan and domestic UAV manufacturers conducted in-depth discussions on key indicators including bulk delivery lead time and cycle life.

This product is now manufactured steadily on TOP-Tech production lines and capable of accepting and fulfilling bulk orders.

III. 450Wh/kg: Sample Development Completed, Mass Production Imminent

The 450Wh/kg battery is TOP-Tech’s latest breakthrough in the ultra-high energy density segment. Its samples made their debut public appearance at this exhibition, and its impressive performance metrics attracted extensive attention from professional attendees.

Many customers have enquired about the mass production timeline. TOP-Tech confirms that sample development for the 450Wh/kg battery has been fully finished. New production equipment required for mass production has been ordered, and small-batch delivery capability is expected to be ready before the end of 2026.

Only a handful of enterprises can supply qualified 450Wh/kg samples with a definite mass production schedule at present. Relying on its technical reserves in full-silicon anodes and solid electrolytes, TOP-Tech has established a distinct first-mover advantage in this track.

IV. Product Layout and Development Schedule

Founded in 2019, TOP-Tech has consistently focused on the R&D and manufacturing of high-energy-density power batteries. Its current product lineup is outlined below: 

• Mass-produced with leading sales volume: 400Wh/kg (launched at the end of 2024, top-tier shipment volume in the industry) 

• Stably mass-produced: 430Wh/kg (mass production launched in the second half of 2025, available for bulk delivery) Pending mass production: 450Wh/kg (production equipment ordered, small-batch supply expected by late 2026) 

• Pre-research stage: 500Wh/kg

The company adheres to the silicon anode plus solid electrolyte technical route, focusing on three core application scenarios: UAVs, eVTOLs (electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft) and high-speed electric motorcycles. The UAV business currently accounts for the largest share of the company’s total shipments.

V. Continuously Drive the Upgrade of Power Batteries for the Low-Altitude Economy

The 2026 Shenzhen International UAV Exhibition has come to a successful end. TOP-Tech received a large number of customer enquiries and cooperation intentions during the show.
